Refund Policy

1. Overview

FocusCrawl Pro is currently offered as a private beta SaaS product. Credit packs are used only inside FocusCrawl Pro to generate public-page intelligence cards and structured research outputs.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits have not been substantially used and the request is made in good faith.

3. Used Credits

Credits that have already been consumed by completed runs may not be refundable, because each run may create processing, hosting, and AI generation costs. We may review partial refunds case by case during the private beta.

4. Failed Runs

If a generation fails because of a FocusCrawl technical issue, the system may restore credits automatically or we may manually restore the affected credits after review.

5. Misuse and Restricted Use

Refunds may be refused if the account was used for prohibited activity, abuse, attempts to access private or credentialed data, spam, harassment, or other violations of the Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact hello@focuscrawl.pro with your account email, payment reference, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider when available. Timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, and local processing rules.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as the private beta evolves. The version published on this page applies at the time of your refund request.
