Terms of Service

1. Private Beta

FocusCrawl Pro is currently offered as a private beta. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or revoked to protect the service and prevent misuse.

2. Allowed Use

You may use FocusCrawl for public web pages, owned websites, and research targets you are authorized to review. Outputs are provided as focused intelligence cards for informational and workflow purposes.

3. Not Allowed

You may not use FocusCrawl for private inboxes, bank portals, personal dashboards, credentialed sessions, paywall bypass, adult content, stalking, harassment, spam, abuse, malware, or attempts to access data you are not authorized to process.

4. Platform Credits

FocusCrawl Credits are platform usage credits only. They are not financial assets, securities, stored value, investment products, or transferable tokens. Credits may be used only inside FocusCrawl.

5. Payments

Payment options may be offered during the private beta. Some payment methods may be irreversible. Do not send wallet seed phrases, private keys, or wallet secrets to FocusCrawl.

6. No Financial Advice

Any public network, market, or technical signal shown by FocusCrawl is informational only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

7. Output Boundary

FocusCrawl provides compact cards and summaries. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in a business workflow.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of FocusCrawl after updates means you accept the updated terms.
